Timeline on the day

The 2021 Astroworld Festival was planned as a two-day event on November 5 and 6, with tickets selling out rapidly upon release. The lineup included artists such as SZA, Lil Baby, Roddy Ricch, Don Toliver, and, of course, Travis Scott. Leading up to the festival, a series of events known as “Astroweek” took place, featuring celebrity softball and golf events supporting Scott’s Cactus Jack Foundation, pop-up shops (including a sneaker collaboration with Nike), and the inauguration of a community garden at Young Elementary School dedicated to Scott’s grandmother

The following timeline is taken from the Houston Police Department- Investigation – Homicide 1490724-21

The names below are provided as context to the report and the positions they hold.

 

Nathan Byrd is a Houston Police Department officer Assigned location: Command post

Seyth (Seth) Boardman was the Security Director for the Astroworld Festival, contracted through his company B3 Risk Solutions, hired by Live Nation/Scoremore.

Reece Wheeler was a Festival Liaison and Coordinator/Dispatcher for Unified Command

A.C.L. Satterwhite is Executive Assistant Chief Larry Satterwhite of the Houston Police Department. He was one of the most senior officers on-site.

Dr. Lars Thestrup is the Assistant Medical Director for the Houston Fire Department (HFD) and a SWAT Tactical Medic.

Chief T. Finner is Troy R. Finner, the Chief of Police for the Houston Police Department.

Robert Isaac Garcia is a Deputy Chief with the Houston Fire Department (HFD)

Officer J. Baldwin is a Houston Police Department officer Worked Command Post Operations

T, Hardin refers to Thomas E. Hardin, who was a Houston Police Department Commander

Captain E. Guerra is Enrique “Mico” Guerra, a Communications Captain with the Houston Fire Department (HFD).

Alex Pollak (mistakenly referred to earlier as “Polak”) is the President and CEO of Paradocs, the private medical company contracted to provide on-site emergency medical services at the Astroworld Festival.

Matt Eyer was the Main Security Dispatcher at the Astroworld Festival, stationed at the Festival Command Post. He was hired by Seyth Boardman and worked as a freelance contractor through B3 Risk Solutions.

Paige Newman was a concertgoer and 911 caller

Matson was with him. He stated he looked at his watch and saw it was 2200 hours. He stated he told the three men to shut down the show immediately because CPR was being done on three individuals. He stated one of the males responded “but they’re not dead”. He stated that they might be and that it needed to be shut down. He stated he gave them 5 minutes after they stated they needed time.
